經(jīng)陜西省教育廳批準(zhǔn),我校將于2018328日至46日參加由陜西省教育廳組織的省屬高水平大學(xué)赴美國、加拿大高層次人才招聘團(tuán)。本次活動(dòng)旨在拓寬我校的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展道路,延攬海外高層次人才。誠摯邀請有識之士加盟我校,共謀發(fā)展!

學(xué)校概況

西安工業(yè)大學(xué)坐落于古城西安,是陜西省重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的高水平大學(xué)。學(xué)校擁有學(xué)士、碩士、博士學(xué)位層次完整的人才培養(yǎng)體系,是博士后科研流動(dòng)站設(shè)站單位。

學(xué)校現(xiàn)擁有3個(gè)國家級、17個(gè)省部級重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室與工程中心,在光學(xué)、機(jī)械、材料等學(xué)科具有承擔(dān)重大科研項(xiàng)目的能力。學(xué)校目前承擔(dān)著國家重大基礎(chǔ)科研、科技部、國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家社科基金等各級各類項(xiàng)目近千項(xiàng)。一批擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)成果在國家建設(shè)中發(fā)揮了重要作用。近三年,共獲國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),省部級科技成果獎(jiǎng)39項(xiàng);發(fā)表高水平論文1800余篇;獲批授權(quán)專利520件,其中發(fā)明專利120件。

條件及待遇

一、頂尖科學(xué)家

自然科學(xué)研究或工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域國際頂尖專家,引進(jìn)后全職在國內(nèi)工作至少5年,并具備以下條件之一:諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)、圖靈獎(jiǎng)、菲爾茲獎(jiǎng)等國際大獎(jiǎng)獲得者;美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞等發(fā)達(dá)國家科學(xué)院院士或工程院院士;在世界一流大學(xué)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)任職的國際著名學(xué)者;學(xué)校急需緊缺的其他頂尖人才。

引進(jìn)待遇

1.年薪200萬元,并且聘為一級教授、博士生導(dǎo)師;

2.聘期內(nèi)無償提供180㎡校內(nèi)專家住房一套或一次性購房補(bǔ)貼;

3.提供一次性安家費(fèi)100萬元;

4.配備工作助手及工作專車;

二、領(lǐng)軍人才

(一)華裔外國專家:引進(jìn)后至少連續(xù)來華工作3年、每年不少于9個(gè)月;一般應(yīng)在海外取得博士學(xué)位,年齡不超過55歲;在海外知名高校、科研院所、國際知名企業(yè)或金融機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任正教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù);具有世界一流的研究水平,近5年在重要核心刊物上發(fā)表具有重要影響的學(xué)術(shù)論文,或獲得國際重要科技獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)或掌握重要實(shí)驗(yàn)技能、科學(xué)工程建設(shè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。

(二)非華裔外國專家:引進(jìn)后至少連續(xù)來華工作3年、每年不少于9個(gè)月;年齡不超過65歲;在海外知名高校、科研院所、國際知名企業(yè)或金融機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任正教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù);具有世界一流的研究水平,近五年以第一作者(或唯一通訊作者)在《Nature》《Science》《Cell》等國際權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)刊物上全文發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文,或獲得國際重要科技獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)或掌握重要實(shí)驗(yàn)技能、科學(xué)工程建設(shè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。

引進(jìn)待遇:

1.聘為二級教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,按合同約定年薪80-100萬元;

2.聘期內(nèi)無償提供140㎡校內(nèi)專家住房一套或一次性購房補(bǔ)貼;

3.提供一次性安家費(fèi)80萬元;

4.提供科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi):自然科學(xué)類500-800萬元,人文社科類120-200萬元;

5.配套專屬的研究生招生指標(biāo),以外部引進(jìn)或內(nèi)部遴選的方式組建科研團(tuán)隊(duì)。

三、學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人

年齡一般不超過45周歲,在海外知名高校、科研院所、國際知名企業(yè)或金融機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任副教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù),在本領(lǐng)域取得過同行公認(rèn)的創(chuàng)新性成果;近5年在本學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域國際權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表具有重要影響的學(xué)術(shù)論文3篇以上。

引進(jìn)待遇:

1.年薪40-60萬元,聘為教授職務(wù),博士生導(dǎo)師,

2.聘期內(nèi)無償提供120㎡校內(nèi)專家住房一套或一次性購房補(bǔ)貼;

3提供一次性安家費(fèi)60萬元;

4.提供科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi):自然科學(xué)類200-400萬元,人文社科類80-120萬元;

5.配套專屬的研究生招生指標(biāo),以外部引進(jìn)或內(nèi)部遴選的方式組建科研團(tuán)隊(duì)。

四、學(xué)術(shù)骨干

符合規(guī)定條件者:

1.年齡一般不超過40周歲;

2.近五年以第一作者在本學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表ESI高被引學(xué)術(shù)論文1篇,或SCI一區(qū)期刊(JCR分區(qū))學(xué)術(shù)論文2篇,或SCI二區(qū)及以上期刊(JCR分區(qū))或影響因子大于3的學(xué)術(shù)論文5篇;或在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)或知名企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)有副研究員職位或博士后研究員職務(wù)者。

引進(jìn)待遇:

1.年薪30-40萬元,聘為教授職務(wù);

2.提供80100㎡學(xué)校有償集資住房一套或一次性購房補(bǔ)貼;

3提供一次性安家費(fèi)40萬元;

4.提供科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi):自然科學(xué)類150-200萬元,人文社科類80萬元;

5.聘為碩士生導(dǎo)師,配套專屬研究生招生指標(biāo)。

五、優(yōu)秀博士

符合規(guī)定條件者:

1.年齡一般不超過35周歲;

2.近五年以第一作者在本學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表SCI一區(qū)期刊(JCR分區(qū))學(xué)術(shù)論文,SCI二區(qū)及以上期刊(JCR分區(qū))或影響因子大于3的學(xué)術(shù)論文2篇;或畢業(yè)于世界大學(xué)學(xué)科排名前100學(xué)科,且在SCI三區(qū)期刊(JCR分區(qū))學(xué)術(shù)論文5篇以上。

引進(jìn)待遇:

1.年薪15萬,聘為副教授職務(wù);

2.提供80㎡學(xué)校有償集資住房一套或一次性購房補(bǔ)貼;

3提供一次性安家費(fèi)20萬元;

4.提供科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi):自然科學(xué)類20萬元;

5.聘為碩士生導(dǎo)師,配套專屬研究生招生指標(biāo)。

General situation of Xi’an Technological University

Xi’an Technological University is one of the high-level universities under the key construction of Shaanxi province. It has a complete academic training system for bachelor’s, Master’s and doctorate degree, and occupies centers for post-doctoral studies.
Established in 1955, Since 1999, the university has been co-constructed by the central and local governments, mainly administrated by Shaanxi province.

The university has a faculty and staff of over 1,800, postgraduate students of more than 2,000, and undergraduates of over 20,000.

There are 15 academic units in the university, including 3 first-level disciplines – “optical engineering”, “materials science and engineering” and “mechanical engineering” – are accredited to confer doctorial degrees, and 3 centers for post-doctoral studies. Currently, there are 15 first-level disciplines authorized to confer Master’s degree, 6 categories of specialized Master’s degree conferment, 20 subject areas of specialized Master’s degree authorization, and 55 undergraduate programs. The subjects cover 8 discipline categories, including engineering, natural science, management, economics, law, literature, education and arts.

The university owns 20 key laboratories and engineering centers, among which 3 are of national level and 17 are of provincial or ministerial level, thus it is able to undertake major scientific projects in the fields of optics, machinery and materials. At present, the university has undertook approximately hundreds of programs of China, including major basic scientific researches, Ministry of Science and Technology, Natural Science Foundation of China, Social Sciences Funds of China, etc. Some key technological achievements with proprietary intellectual property rights have played a major part in national construction. In recent 3 years, the university has won a national prize for progress in science and technology, 39 provincial and ministerial prizes for scientific achievements. Besides, it has published academic papers of more than 1,800, and received 520 authorized patents, among which 120 are patents for invention.

l  RMB 300-400 thousand yuan for an annual salary as a professor position, and

l  RMB 1.5-2 million yuan for start-up natural sciences research funds, or 800 thousand yuan for social sciences, and

l  Scientific papers as the lead author issued in worldwide noted journals or publications in late 5 years including one paper quoted by SCI I (JCR), 2 papers by SCI II (JCR), or the impact factor is greater than 3, or over 5 papers by SCI III (JCR).

Remuneration

Xi’an Technological University will provide:

l  RMB above 150 thousand yuan for an annual salary as an associate professor position, and

l  An paid financing apartment with an area of 80 or one-off housing subsidy, and

l  RMB 200 thousand yuan for one-time settling-in allowance, and

l  RMB 200 thousand yuan for start-up natural sciences research funds, and

l  A mater supervisor position and enrollment index of assigned postgraduates.

NOTES

l  Remuneration gained by the working days for a part-time and short-term project.

l  A policy of ‘one man and one discussion’, on the basis of different demand levels, will be supplied for talents in accommodations, housing subsidy, scientific funds, offices, academic teams, official cars, etc.
